Shipping & Handling

 Processing Time The processing time for some of our bundles and wigs is within 5-8 business days. 

PO Box & Military Base

Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO, FPO). Please provide a physical address for your order to be delivered.

Delivery Authorization

We strongly recommend signing for your delivery. We are not liability for loss of packages if you authorize parcel delivery to unattended locations such as doorsteps or courtyards.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be dispatched and delivered separately. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking numbers via email within 24-48 hours once your order had been shipped.

Understanding Processing Time

Please be mindful that different items feature varying processing times as we perform quality checks before shipping to ensure we uphold the excellence we promise.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Public Holidays: Kindly note that delivery times may be impacted during these periods (Christmas, New Years, Labor Day,  Easter etc..) due to service disruptions from our suppliers and logistics partners. Expect potential delays of 3-4 days or longer. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times.
